Sales Agent Cold and Hot calls

We are looking for sales person with Energy to join our team for cold and hot calling in logistics field.
Agent will have to reach potential customers and offer our products and services and bring them on board. Afterwards to follow up with them to make sure they sign agreement and start working.
Salary is conventional.
We need good level of English speaking.
Our working hours are from 19:00-23:00 weekdays.

Manage daily cold calls as much as can.
Create an outline or cold call script if needed.
Use unique sales strategy to bring new customers on board.
Leave effective voicemails and emails.
Make a hot call with interested customers.
Be responsible and do not be late, since this is only 4 hour job.
Set a daily target of bringing one customer each day.

Strong Sales skills.
Good English speaking level.
Communication skills in English, written and verbal.
Call center experience (is a plus)
Team player.
Computer literacy.
To Be persistent, patient and handle stressful situations.
Use rejection as motivation.
Practice handling objections.
