The total M2. Of the building is 288 + (54 M2.) of mud rooms, and (144 M2.) of basement area. (144 M2.) of the house has been remodeled and finished. New water pipes and plumbing, new septic system, new metal roofing on entire house, new metal and poly frame windows. Newly remodeled bathroom upstairs with radiant heated floor, huge walk-in shower. Flooring upstairs and staircase is new laminate hardwood. Huge open plan kitchen/dining room/living room spaces downstairs with high-efficiency radiant heated floors finished with stone ceramic tile.

The other half of the house, (144 sq. M.) has new metal windows upstairs and is ready for finishing. Downstairs has not been started on yet but it is closed in and sealed up. Under the house is a complete basement, (12x12 sq. M.) of which 6x12 (72 sq. M.) has been finished with water-dammed poured cement floor and walls. There are shelving units in the basement for cold storage and canned products. The basement is also equipped with a huge dehumidifier as well as an efficient ventilation system to keep moisture out. Under the stairs to the basement has not yet been finished so that portion of soil ground remains. There is a filtration system on the water coming into the house which is located in the basement as well as a 150-liter tank for water storage. There are two pump systems on the water lines to ensure that there is always sufficient water pressure although they are rarely needed. Under the sink in the kitchen is a complete reverse osmosis water filtration system with a 10-liter tank to ensure a steady supply of fresh drinking water at all times.

The front yard has been leveled and terraced, separated by a retaining wall and has a finished gazebo with four hammock swing/chairs and fire pit. A two-car garage construction has been started (see photos) with walls completely laid, electrical run, and plumed for water and sewer. The front of the property is walled in on two sides with double gate doors, and the rest of the property in completely enclosed by a new 2-meter high zinc fence with a lockable gate at the back of the property. There is a chicken coop located at the back of the property but has never been used.

Pear, plum, apple, cherry, apricot, mulberry, sour cherry, walnut, and peach trees have been planted on the property as well as raspberry bushes. There are rose and lilac bushes planted in the front yard as well as mint. The back of the property has been leveled and cleared and will be ready to plant grass or sod, and/or a garden. There is a water faucet in the backyard and a drip watering system for watering the trees in the backyard, as well as several sprinkler systems and hoses that we brought from the USA. There is a 5-meter trampoline with safety net set up in the front yard beside the gazebo.
