Digital Marketing agency is seeking for a Customer Support Specialist specialist.
Job Responsibilities
Knowledge of Armenian, English languages;
Excellent and detailed understanding of the products;
Identify common problems and escalate them to the management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible;
Familiarizing yourself with new products and services as they are introduced;
Promptly responding to customer queries via email, phone;
Help existing users to find answers to their problems or concerns.
